It has three reception rooms including a conservatory overlooking the lovely enclosed garden with patio and three bedrooms, one ensuite. It is within walking distance of the city centre and Rickerby Park and the River Eden.

A cosy annexe just off the Hadrian's Wall path in Stanwix, Carlisle. You may wish to use nearby eateries or make yourself something in the kitchenette (small airfryer, microwave, fridge, hotplate, kettle and toaster provided) we welcome those who wish for a place to stay. A double bed and en suite shower awaits in fresh comfortable surroundings. Open to all but please be aware of access arrangements to the property -access up a lane. Wetheral Railway Station is a short walk from the cottage with regular trains to Carlisle and Newcastle. Easy access to Gretna Green, the Lake District, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Welcome to Tom's place, a detached guest suite situated on our farm. We are dog friendly, and can accept one small dog in this accommodation at a small additional charge of £10.
