Cuenta con piscina propia, 3 habitaciones con baño propio (4 personas por habitación), palmeras y una vista espectacular. Nuestra casa tiene agua dulce que proviene de un pozo cercano. La piscina también es de agua dulce. La cocina de la casa está muy bien equipada. Renovamos con frecuencia ollas, sartenes, cubiertos y otros para que siempre estén en óptimas condiciones.

My place is the perfect base for exploring the lake and it’s Mayan villages. Spend the days hiking, or relax with a day of pampering at our on-site spa. It is on the lake shore, with our own swim beach, boat dock, public transportation (water taxis), and nature. We are far from crowds, traffic, pollution, and stress. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the ambiance, the comfy beds, the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families. No car access.

Disfruta en nuestro alojamiento ubicado a pocos metros del lago, cerca de restaurantes y del embarcadero de santiago Atitlan nuestra ubicacion es perfecta cerca de todo y en un ambiente tranquilo, seguro acsesible para caminar y descansar *OJO* de junio al mes de noviembre estaremos en remodelación en el segundo piso por lo que habrá un poco de ruido de 8:30 de la mañana a 5:00 de la tarde y el resto de la tarde y noche no afectará la tranquilidad y La Paz de un merecido descanso.
