An ideal ‘base camp’ as you explore the National Park and surrounding area. Light a fire and get lazy, chill out in the hottub, star-gaze at the incredible night skies, or just take in the majestic Pen y Fan as you plan (or recover from) your ascent.

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. Nestled on a working farm in the Heart of Wales. A meticulously restored grain silo full of character and unique features; a study in using, re-using & recycling wood metal and functional parts. Seamlessly blending agricultural, industrial, & steam-punk; and warmed throughout with classical features and local salvaged hardwoods. Due to the design of the silo and its unique features it's more suited to adult guests only.

Brook View is a spacious, two bedroom, purpose built holiday home just off the A470 in Builth Wells. The bungalow is minutes away from the town centre on foot with easy access to the Royal Welsh Showground. With tasteful decoration and plentiful amenities the property really does feel like home from home. It's the ideal base for enjoying nearby beauty spots (being roughly half way between the Brecon Beacons National Park & the Elan Valley). A maximum of 2 small dogs would be very welcome.

The Bothy is a unique small hideaway 5 miles from the famous book town of Hay on Wye and directly on the Wye Valley Walk. It is a former cowshed carefully renovated to make a special cosy and comfortable one bedroom haven .It is situated behind an Edwardian stable block and very private. The bedroom is in a converted barn with its own access. Ideally located for walkers and easy access to the Royal Show Ground. Please note that the access to the house is via a fairly steep and narrow lane (last section is a track with loose gravel), not suitable for HGVs. We now provide super fast internet!!
