Cosy Hobbit House with fire pit, private garden, and stunning countryside views at Sychpwll. This unique cob-built house has two bedrooms (king and double), a private bathroom with electric shower, and an open-plan kitchen/dining room. The house is heated by two wood burners, laid for you on arrival with a basket of logs. Extra wood can be brought from us. Outside, enjoy your garden with seating , fire pit, and relax in the peace, wildlife, and countryside. Guests also have access to the river.

The Garden Room is a private, cosy, off-grid apartment that's perfect for couples in search of a quiet break or looking to explore the area. It has basic kitchen facilities along with a king size bed, a wood burning stove and a piping hot shower. We have reliable wifi, no tv and an ok mobile signal. Lovely up here this time of year and plenty of wildlife to be seen; deer in the garden, swallows zooming about, the other morning I saw two hares leaping and sparring in the front yard - just great.

It is a charming Grade 2 listed building, with commanding views of the Severn Valley to Montgomery. Recently refurbished - the top floor has a comfortable super-king double bed, beneath a Victorian vaulted wooden ceiling and a cosy sitting area with QLED TV and super fast fibre broadband. Our beautiful Black Mountain shepherds hut and undercover hot tub is perched above our wildlife pond, with views over the Welsh hills. It includes double bed, en suite shower room, and for romantic evenings why not light the little hobbit stove. Adjacent to the hut is a charming boathouse, which houses the self catering facilities. Our boathouse opens up to appreciate the views & great outdoors or can be closed up for cosy times by the log burner. Check in is from 4pm Check out is 10.30am
