Η σοφίτα βρίσκεται στον 4ο όροφο με θέα τη θάλασσα του Μαρμαρά και μέχρι το απέναντι "πόδι" της Χαλκιδικής, την Κασσάνδρα. Έχει ένα δωμάτιο αλλά μεγάλους χώρους και δυνατότητα φιλοξενίας έως και 6 άτομα καθώς διαθέτει εκτός της κρεβατοκάμαρας, 2 καναπέδες-κρεβάτι, όπως και 2 καναπέδες γωνία. Διαθέτει 2 κλιματιστικά και σίτες κουνουπιών στα παράθυρα. Το ξύλο της οροφής σε συνδυασμό με την θέα της θάλασσας, δίνει την αίσθηση καραβιού στον επισκέπτη, ταξιδεύει το μυαλό και ξεκουράζει το σώμα.

Our 1 BD apartment is located in one of the oldest and definitely the most scenic and beautiful parts of the city and can accommodate up to 4 adults with a king size bed and a very comfortable sofa-bed. It is just a 15 minute walk or 5 minutes by bus to the city center , where you can visit most of Thessaloniki’s monuments, churches and museums, in addition to the vibrant market and the beautiful waterfront. The Rotonda loft

Sleeps one adult. It is a 10sqm autonomous apartment and we tried to make best use of the space. It's a 2 minute walk from the University campus, metro stations, bus stops and taxi stands to take you to the rest of Thessaloniki. There is no kitchen but there are a lot of take away restaurants, cafes and supermarkets around. Please note that due to the size of the apt, the bathroom is very small and there is no separate shower cabin, just a shower head as shown.
