Nestled at the back of our garage is our cute, cosy and private studio room with its own separate bathroom. A new deck and covered outdoor area provide guests with privacy. We provide a small selection of breakfast options for short stays of up to 3 nights and a small kitchenette area is available for basic meal preparation. Located in central Hamilton we are close to the central city, Claudelands GloBox Event Centre, FMG Rugby Park, local shops, a large park and the bus stops at our gate.

We are central, just 2.8kms to the city centre, 6.9kms to Hamilton Gardens and just 40 minutes to Raglan. The space available is separated from the main residence by a privacy door. It comprises two spacious bedrooms, modern bathroom with shower, bath and separate toilet as well as a dedicated guest lounge with breakfast bar and tea & coffee making facilities, a Smart TV and Wi-Fi access.

There is a bus stop within 2-3 minutes walk - Orbiter, Chartwell and Rototuna lines. It is a quiet place to sleep, but 5 minutes drive to Chartwell shopping centre or Waikato Expressway
