Beautiful and spacious guest suite with separate bathroom and private entrance. The main room has a king-size bed and a comfortable lounge area with a TV, coffee/tea/breakfast-making facilities and a dining area. The second room has two single beds. The bathroom is large and modern. There is a small covered outdoor deck with rural views to neighbouring farms and there is ample parking for cars/trailers/campervans. Our unique place is close to everything you will need. A short walk to the FMG Stadium, close to Supermarkets & Hamilton City Centre. Located down a long driveway, off the road & private. Spacious homey living room with large sofa, bean bag, table & chairs, lamp. One bedroom with queen bed, side table, single bed & lamp. A fourth person must bring their own towel and sleeping bag. Heat Pump Air-Conditioner in living room only. Two off road car parks. Close to the main highway SH1.

We have a shared driveway and pathway to the unit. 2 person maximum. Great river walk and park across the road.
