Nur 200m vom Meer entfernt und doch geschützt vor dem Wind, befindet sich Casa Kalisat „Haus Glück“. Umgeben von atemberaubender Vulkanlandschaft, dem klaren Sternenhimmel bei Nacht, der Kraft der Gezeiten, findet man Ruhe und Naturverbundenheit in schöner Wohnatmosphäre. Eine geschützte Badestelle(200m) aus natürlichem Lavagestein, ermöglicht ganzjährig das Baden bei Hochwasser, ein Felsen(500m) mit Trittleiter ist für Schwimmer und Taucher der perfekte Zugang zum Meer. Mehrere Wanderpfade nehmen hinter dem Haus ihren Anfang. Der schönste führt direkt zum Ausflugspunkt „Jardin de Cactus“, des bekannten Inselkünstlers César Manrique.

Das Haus ist ca. 45 qm groß und verfügt über einen Wohn-/Essraum sowie einen Schlafbereich, der durch eine Wand optisch abgegrenzt ist. Der Wohnbereich geht per Glasschiebetür in eine Ostterrasse mit Gartenblick über. Darüber hinaus gibt es einen von einer Natursteinmauer umgebenen, windgeschützten und zum Süden ausgerichteten Sonnenplatz sowie eine kleine Terrasse mit gemauertem Grill.

Complètement indépendant, il accueille confortablement 2 adultes et un enfant ou ado à moins de 200m de la plage de Famara. Nous pouvons installer un 4ème lit pour un jeune enfant sur demande. Idéal couples, familles et surfers !
