This stunning modern house is just 150 metres from beautiful Whangamata surf beach voted no. 1 beach in NZ in Jan. 2018. Accommodation is on the UPSTAIRS LEVEL OF THIS HOUSE. Two bedrooms, bathroom , lounge , dining room & kitchen Plus decks & large double garage. Check photos. The bottom level is not occupied. For larger families or friends we do rent the whole house as an option & price is by negotiation. The ground level has 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 , its own bathroom, lounge and kitchen

Best spot in Whangamata: 1950's beachfront bach

Set amongst pohutukawa trees, this original 50's holiday house is located right on Whangamata beach. Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean from the deck and huge front lawn. The famous Whenuakura (Donut Is.) is opposite as well as Hauturu Motu (Clark Is.), accessible on foot at low tide - a Kiwi rite of passage. Minutes to the local shops, bars and cafes and a short walk to the nearest convenience store. A great children's playground can be found at Island View Reserve at the end of the road.

A quiet haven off the main road, only 100 mtrs easy walk to beach reserve and fishing. Retreat into our modern home with exceptional views of the Coro ranges and harbour just minutes from Whangamatā beaches in peaceful surroundings. A bespoke open plan kitchen and living is great for entertaining and a perfect place for a wine while watching the sunset in an uncluttered home. We have luxury bedding and finishings throughout, plenty of space for two families, central air con in all rooms, and the practical elements of a home that we relax in ourselves.

Sea La Vie A slice of paradise

Welcome to our beautiful part of the country! Our house is situated in close walking proximity to many amenities such as the Village where there are great restaurants and shops (450m) or visit the Flatwhite on Shaw road for coffee and cake or something more elaborate right on the beach front. Over the summer months (Labour weekend until Easter) there is a Sunday market selling local produce, arts and crafts from 8 am - 1 pm at the Wilson reserve just up the road.

Beautiful, modern house with expansive ocean views. Watch the sun rise, the moon rise and the magical rose coloured sunsets that reflect off of the south cliff face. Located directly in front of the council reserve and sand dunes. Set on a quiet cul de sac and toasty warm with a large heat pump for winter and outdoor shower in summer. Swim in the sea and then have a wine on one of the large deck spaces. So much to offer from this beachfront property.
