Coro Camping is a totally private eco camping site with your own river pool, hidden away in the beautiful and peaceful Rangihau Valley. Close to all the popular beaches with great biking and tramping on your doorstep. Our season runs from the beginning of December to the end of March. We would like to welcome you to our little slice of heaven. We are situated on a 4 aces block in beautiful Whitford east Auckland, with lovely native bush surrounding the property. We have a small flock of the cutest sheep in the world. The apartment is fully self contained with own private entrance and kitchen. 30 mins from the CBD and 30 mins from Auckland international airport. To avoid disappointments please don’t request the farm for functions.

Coromandel Sanctuary

Situated on the crest of the Coromandel ranges on the 309 road. Mahakirau Forest Estate comprises almost 600 ha of native forest. Each site is convenated by QEII National Trust who describe Mahakirau "outstanding for it's ecology and wildlife value with brown kiwi, kaka, Hochsetetter's and Archey's frogs all present". A spacious house in a bush setting, sit back and relax, take a bush walk down to the stream on the property and star gaze at night.
