Relax, explore and unwind in this large, cosy apartment on our organic farm, in the foothills of the Serra da Gardunha mountains. Spend the day kayaking, walking or cycling in the mountains, enjoying the largest spa in Portugal (20 mins), & exploring historic villages and cities, then come home to relax in a hammock in the orchard, soak up views from the bath, or chillout to vintage vinyl. We live on site, but the apartment is totally private, being the whole upper floor & with own entrance.

CasaDelViento - Nature Retreat

Special hideout completely surrounded by nature! Spectacular views of the SanMamede nature reserve, Park Tajo International and zona ZEPA del RioSever. The house is a fantastic base to visit the ancient cities of LaRaya Luso, marvel at the authentic Spanish and Portugese folklore, hike trough the surrounding wilderness and numerous megalithic remains and menhirs. And not last, also to just relax and enjoy the scenery with and birds flying over while having a local wine and some tapas. Welcome!

Tapada da Raia

Tapada da Raia has 35 acres of land, in the Natural Park of Serra de São Mamede (being the last Portuguese house, because it is bordered to Spain). For years it served as an anti-stress refuge for the family, who today decided to open the doors for those who want to spend relaxing days in the nature. The rustic-style house features the necessary amenities for an invigorating holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, where even time seems to take longer to pass. Hope you like it!

Somos Javier y Juanjo y tenemos una vivienda unifamiliar en una parcela de 1000 m. en Sierra de Fuentes, con zonas de césped y piscina privada. La casa está dividida en dos plantas completamente independientes separadas por una escalera exterior que da acceso a vuestro alojamiento y la piscina. El acceso a la parcela y las zonas exteriores son compartidas, y estaremos encantados de teneros tan cerca, pero al mismo tiempo, con toda la intimidad de estar en plantas distintas e independientes

Private Country House (Exclusive Pool) - Marvão

Casa dos Galegos combines traditional architecture with a modern layout. It is located in the village of Galegos, right in the heart of the São Mamede Natural Park, in the Alto Alentejo region, just 11 km from the villages of Marvão and Castelo de Vide. It features a wood pellet stove for winter and a private outdoor pool for summer. It is the ideal place to take a break and relax, with the perfect balance of being close to everything yet far enough away at the same time.

Localizada na Portagem, no sopé da serra de Marvão, está a 3 minutos a pé das piscinas locais e a 10 minutos de carro do castelo. The Bread-Oven Cottage

Perched on a hill looking out to Spain on a quinta that was once a monastic farm, the cottage is a tranquil base for many delightful day-trip destinations or an experience in itself. Closer to home, relax by the pool, stroll among figs and oranges or in our enchanting organic olive grove, grill on the patio, or explore the nearby World Heritage town of Elvas, home to the world's largest preserved bastion fortifications.

Stairway to the Castle

Located in the historic village of Monsanto, the Most Portuguese Village in Portugal, the house was recovered from an old stone house, creating a rustic atmosphere, with the comforts of a current home. Being in the middle of the village, we easily meet the neighbors, hear birds or continue to climb to the Castle (since the house is on the way to the Castle).No access by car (parking 200 meters away)

Casa Augusto - junto al Teatro Romano, con garaje

Casa Augusto es un alojamiento de 114 metros cuadrados en planta baja de una calle tranquila y alejada del bullicio pero en pleno corazón de Mérida y a tan solo 180 metros del Teatro Romano. Durante su estancia se sentirá como en casa, al contar con todas las comodidades, electrodomésticos y enseres necesarios para hacer más agradable sus días de descanso.

O Palheiro

Vista Panorâmica e Jacuzzi O Palheiro encontra-se localizado na aldeia de Sobral Fernando e é uma casa datada de 1936 sendo toda ela construída em pedra de xisto. Recentemente restaurada oferece um ambiente moderno, acolhedor preservando os traços de outros tempos. Tem um jacuzzi com água que pode ser aquecida na varanda panorâmica.

SUN SET HOUSE

Casa medieval, de origem judaica (pensa-se que pode ter origem nos judeus sefarditas que foram expulsos de Espanha em 1492 pelos Reis Católicos), inteiramente recuperada conservando por inteiro toda a sua originalidade. Apenas foi incorporada a inevitável modernidade mas nunca entrando em conflito com a sua arquitectura tradicional.

The Barn @ Vale de Carvao

The Barn is in the Serra de São Mamede Natural Park, near the Rio Sever, in some of the most unspoiled countryside in Portugal. It feels a long way off the beaten track and is a beautifully rustic, quiet and comfortable place to relax and unwind.
