The kitchen has modern free-standing, stainless steel style cabinets, which extends into the terraced garden. The upstairs consists of 2 double bedrooms, the front room a lovely sumptuous double bed, the back bedroom another double divan style bed with superior bedding. The Cottage is in Town Yetholm amidst the spectacular scenery of the Cheviot Hills fantastically placed for walking, biking.

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

The cottage sits in the heart of the historic Hirsel Estate, close to the Hirsel Lake and the Hirsel Homestead where you will find a cafe and farmshop, a pottery, glass workshop and artist studio as well as a museum. Way marked walks are available throughout the Estate.

The Byre. Cosy, eco friendly barn camping.

The Byre is a delightful upcycled 19th century listed cow byre on an old farm. The room looks out on to the farm courtyard. There is a large garden for visitors use, and dark skies above us. We are an eco friendly family, and the Byre comes with a private composting toilet in a separate wooden shed, and a water supply just outside.Think of it as cosy camping in a stone tent.
