Springwood Cottage is ideally situated in a beautiful location on the edge of Derbyshire is completely self contained with its own entrance and private garden area with parking outside. The Cottage is completely newly built in 2020 and designed to the highest standard. Well behaved Dogs welcome, we are happy to accommodate 2 dogs, please request if you have more than 2. A deluxe super kingsized bed (6 x6 foot) with the most up to date memory foam mattress and a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge

Studio Annexe on the Edge of the Peak District

A bright and airy ground floor annexe, used solely for guests. With its own entrance, a comfortable double bed, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor patio area, you are guaranteed a relaxing and private stay. Nestled away in the village of Tupton on the edge of the Peak District, we hope that you can find a place to relax, eat and explore. If you're with us for work, moving house or to see family, then we have everything you need from pots and pans to a washing machine as well as a space to park.

The Hideaway

Have some relaxing family time at this cosy home. Derbyshire has many walking trails - the house is a short walk to the Five Pits Trail and a short drive from Hardwick Hall, The Crooked Spire, Matlock, Chatsworth House and the Derbyshire Dales. After a busy day, come home to a relaxing bath in our clawfoot tub and then enjoy a cosy meal in front of the log burner. Celebration packages can be arranged on request for Birthdays, Anniversaries or special occasions 🥳🥂🎂 Dogs are welcome too ❤️

Windy Ridge. small bungalow with beautiful views

Cosy bungalow with beautiful views. Just a short walk to the Five Pits Trail, a lovely trail, linking villages in the area. Hardwick Hall is a 10 minutes drive away, Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and Bolsover Castle a little bit further but within an easy reach. The town of Chesterfield and it's crooked spire, Matlock and Bakewell are within an easy distance. Just a little bit further afield is the very scenic Peak District. One double bedroom and a small double bed settee in the living area.

The Granary

Situated in the country side, with no one around, the gorgeous Hardwick View Lodge. A lovely intimate space with the sounds of nature all around. You can go on many different walks, to close by places such as Hardwick Hall and Stainsby Mill. This is a perfect place for walkers or a couple wanting a romantic treat away, with a hot tub to relax in too. Our hot tub is open all year round at no extra cost, a lovely place to star gaze at night or relax in after a busy day! 2 people only, no children

The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Walk the five pits trail a delightful route through Locko woods and onto Tibshelf ponds . Bring your bicycle we have safe parking and ride over 7.5 miles exploring local history of the five pits trail and railway lines. Visit the town of Matlock full of quaint shops and cafes. Ride heights of Abraham or visit the stunning lumsdale falls

Badgers Bottom - Luxury Lodge at Mill Barn

Located in a private secluded setting amid wildlife & nature, standing within 3 acres of fields & woodland. Bordering the Teversal Trails network this provides miles of cycling & walking routes surrounded by beautiful countryside. Situated centrally between the Derbyshire peak district & Sherwood Forest, close to Hardwick Hall. Good Pubs within Cycling distance or short drive. The Lodge has been purpose built with loving care, giving warmth, rustic appearance to blend in with nature.

Woolley Lodge Farm Retreat

A brand new fully furnished wooden lodge situated within the grounds of a working farm, with views across open countryside. The cabin has been furnished to a high standard and includes a double bedroom with double bed. The kitchen has a full size fridge with small freezer, full size oven and a microwave. It has a small bathroom with a full size corner shower. It has its own entrance, parking and a beautiful decked area and fire pit and BBQ . Not suitable for children or pets

The Cow Shed at Dale House Farm

A perfect base for walking, visiting stately homes including Chatsworth and Haddon Hall, cycling or just simply relax and enjoy the endless unspoilt countryside. A short 10 minute drive to the Market Town of Chesterfield, with many bars, cafes, shops & cinema. Or 15 minute drive to Bakewell and other Peak District attractions. The Cow Shed is a luxury property, recently restored and converted to a very high standard which is available as a 1 bedroom property, with hot tub.

Stretton Hall Farm - The Snug

Our holiday cottages & glamping pods are located on our 100 acre farm on the edge of the Peak District. The Snug is a modern barn conversion with a luxurious interior, designed to make it feel like a home away from home. Secluded down a 1/4 mile private driveway in a courtyard with the other cottages, the Snug has a quiet feel to it where you can truly relax.
