This apartment is attached to our family home in the Peak District National Park. It is self contained with a private entrance, a conservatory and ample parking. It is close to the villages of Hope and Castleton. Great for walking and the outdoors. Also half an hour's drive from the spa town of Buxton and the beautiful town of Bakewell. We are close to a small railway station where the trains run between Sheffield and Manchester. The next train stop West is Edale (start of the Pennine Way).

The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Stay in this traditional 17th Century cottage, listen to the relaxing stream from your bedroom window before you enjoy all the jaw dropping scenery when you step out of the front door. Situated in the heart of the beautiful village of Castleton, right next to the stream and enjoying a superb location near the 6 local pubs and numerous cafes. Your double room, with en-suite shower room, lounge and kitchenette are self contained. Walk out of the door and be on a footpath within minutes.

The Higger Tor Shepherd's Hut

A quirky self-catering shepherd's hut in the Peak District close to and with stunning views of Higger Tor and the village of Hathersage. This shepherd's hut, situated on a working farm, sleeps two people in a king size bed with separate shower room. A welcome pack is included and parking on site. Sorry no dogs as this is a working sheep farm. The Higger Tor Shepherds Hut is sister to the Stanage Edge Shepherd's Hut making this an ideal site for two couples to holiday together.

Kingfisher Cottage is attached to Bridge House, situated in the Peak District village of Bamford and benefits from a beautiful view of the River Derwent. The Cottage, which is within walking distance of Bamford train and bus station and local shops, has it's own garden and seating area on the bank of the river. The Cottage has private access and parking is available. Fly fishing is also available by arrangement with hosts.
