Stylishly & comfortably furnished, the ground floor is roomy & open plan with a wood burner & under floor heating. The mezzanine bedroom has a super comfortable King size bed & bath.

Opposite you'll find a cosy, dog-friendly village pub with open fires. You’ll be 7 minutes away from artisanal food producers in the market town of Malton (known as Yorkshire's Food Capital) and ideally located for exploring the Yorkshire Wolds (2 miles), Howardian Hills (10 miles), York (17 miles) & Beaches (27 miles).

Fabulous, Cosy, Unique Barn Conversion

Fabulous cosy barn conversion located in a quaint village but a stones throw from many of the lovely beaches located on the east Yorkshire coast. Fantastic wood burning hot tub in the rustic outside den for your private use. You will have the whole barn to yourself including balcony which includes a charcoal BBQ, you can sit and chill while watching the sun go down. Also private side garden. Inside there is a roaring log burner to snuggle up to. Pets are welcome but are limited to one please.

Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

Enjoy your morning coffee in the warmth of Woodpeckers Cottage, Silpho as you watch the winter sun rise over the sea. Enjoy time with your dog in the fully fenced field, as the warm morning mist rises from the dewy grass. Take in the far-reaching views and watch deer graze in nearby fields. Take the scenic drive to dog-friendly beaches for refreshing winter walks in the salty air. At the end of the day, wrap up in a snuggle blanket, sit outside, and gaze at the stars in this Dark Sky Reserve.

The Lake View Lodge is located on the new Meadows development. It is pet friendly and has a country theme inside. We have a log burner, two en-suites and an open planned kitchen/living space. This unique cottage has a style all of its own. A modern property built in an old English style with large open fireplace, oak beams and wooden floors throughout. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge area for extra guests but this must be booked prior to stay, all bedding and towels are provided

The living space is open plan with ample space for a couples retreat or family break away. In the summer months dine al fresco and enjoy a BBQ on the private patio besides the wood burning hot tub. A short walk away is our private lake, where you might catch site of a resting deer or hare!

Suitable to sleep 4 in two bedrooms - would also fit travel cot in master bedroom (not provided). All year round dog friendly beach just a short walk away. The Bay has on site a Pub, restaurant, convenience store, pharmacy, indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym, football pitch, tennis court, playground and archery.
