The Folgate Bunkie features a double bed, end table. lamp and small table. The unit is 10ft. x 10.5ft inside. Outside is a picnic table, two Adirondack chairs and a fire pit. It is tucked into the trees on a 96 acre lavender farm. You will have access to the lavender fields, trails throughout the property and river access for fishing, kayaking or canoeing. Welcome to the Birdhouse. This cottages holds 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You'll first notice the wall of windows that lets the light shine into the kitchen/living room, as much as it's beautiful on sunny days, its extremely cozy during raining/snowy days. The yard is big enough for all sorts of yard games, and a fire pit! Property also comes with trailer electrical and water hook up. A 10 minute walk and you'll be at the main beach in Point Clark.
