Hermoso piso de 50m2 en la tercera planta sin ascensor de un edificio histórico y protegido. De techos altos y ventanas amplias que permite ser un piso de mucha luz, se compone de un espacioso salón comedor y cocina integrada, completamente diáfano. En el salón comedor encontrarán la televisión con Netflix y WIFI, ideal para desconectar después de un día largo. La cocina está completamente equipada (vitroceramica, nevera, microondas, lavadora), si prefieres comer en casa. Cuenta con todos los utensillos de cocina necesarios, además de tostadora, cafetera de capsulas, juguera, y hervidor de agua. Un amplio dormitorio con una cama matrimonial (135cmx190cm) y su gran baño con ducha y con todo lo indispensable, como juego de toallas, secador de pelo, shampoo y gel de baño. Disponible sin coste adicional una cuna de viaje previa solicitud. El edificio no cuenta con áreas comunes. La magnífica ubicación permite que estemos bien comunicados, todos los transportes pasan por la Plaza de La Reina donde nos llevan por ejemplo a La Ciudad de las Ciencias y Artes o bien a la playa de Valencia. Moverse a pie o en bicicleta es una gran opción, dado que todo se encuentra cerca del piso. Si vienes en coche, solo a 200m se encuentra el parking público de La plaza de la Reina, en pleno corazón de la ciudad. Tranquilo y al mismo tiempo encontraran toda la vitalidad de la ciudad. Vom Eingang aus gelangt man in den offenen Küchen-, Wohn- und Essbereich mit Blick in den oasenhaften Innenhof, der mit hochwertigen Steinarbeiten ansprechend gestaltet ist. Ein kleiner dekorativer Pool (nicht zum Schwimmen) rundet das behagliche Ambiente ab. Mit einem Buch in der Hand und den Füßen im kalten Wasserbecken lässt es sich hier an heißen Sommertagen herrlich entspannen und in aller Ruhe Kraft tanken. Das Bad mit Doppeldusche und Dusch-WC befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Die beiden offenen Schlafräume im Obergeschoss sind ausgestattet mit jeweils einem Queensize-Bett unter der gemütlichen Dachschräge. Jeder Schlafraum hat direkten Zugang zur Sonnenterasse mit Loungemöbeln. Herrliche Nachtruhe, man hört den Wind in den Palmen und entfernt die Brandung. Die Gäste haben Zugang zu allen Bereichen, da sie das gesamte Haus mieten. Für alle Fragen sind wir erreichbar (Mail und Telefon) und haben Leute vor Ort, die das Haus betreuen und behilflich sein können. Im Umkreis von 100 Metern befinden sich Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Verleih von Kajaks und Stand Up Paddling und ein Fischverkauf direkt nach Fang. Salema ist ein charmantes Fischerdorf, vom Strand aus werden Ausflüge mit dem Boot angeboten. Im Hinterland lockt der Gebirgszug Monchique mit heilenden Quellen.
