Βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο , φιλοξενεί έως 4 επισκέπτες και διαθέτει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι 160x200cm και έναν διπλό καναπέ-κρεβάτι ίδιων διαστάσεων. Η πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα του είναι ιδανική για διαμονή μεγάλης διάρκειας και εφοδιασμένη με προιόντα όπως μέλι, μαρμελάδα, αυγά, χυμό, ψωμί, καφέ τα οποία ανανεώνονται καθημερίνα!
