The house is a 100-year-old watch factory that also houses a few studios. The house is lively and creative, which sometimes leaves a speck of dust in the hallway. The age of the house is also part of its charm. The village is located in the center of the Franches-Montagnes: nature, tranquility, and relaxation are guaranteed. The nearest shopping facilities (Migros, Coop, Denner, cheese butcher's, etc.) are in Saignelégier, 3 km away. However, there is a farm shop and a restaurant with a small shop in the village. The apartment is on the third floor under the roof (no elevator) and is heated by a manual pellet stove, which can lead to additional costs in the off-season. So you should bring warm sweaters, because when it's very cold outside, some rooms in the apartment can be cooler than others (the large living room is difficult to heat when the temperature drops significantly, but is still great for dancing and letting off steam).
