This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. On the ground floor of the apartment there is a spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom and storage. From the groundfloor you can reach 3 bedrooms (each has airconditioning and boxspring beds) and 2 bathrooms on the first floor. There is a private heated pool with its shower, seating area and grill fireplace in front of the house and also private parking spaces in the back. An additional, seventh person can be accomodated on the pull out bed in one of the rooms.
