Cosy Studio 25 m2 with fully equipped kitchen in Vourkari. The studio is available only for non smokers(cigarettes,vaping,iqos etc). If you smoke in the property unfortunately we will have to end your stay. The studio has a king size bed, AC,TV,WIFI and a large veranda . The house is located at the centre of Vourkari, close to all restaurants and bars .Gialiskari beach is 5 minutes away. Our stone house is at Melissaki, 3.5km of dirt road (13min) from the port of Kea. It is the lower house of a complex of two separate houses with astonishing view of the sea and a marvelous sunset! You can find calmness and quietness in a typical picturesque landscape full of unique sent of wild bushes and especially thyme. Vourkari, full of excellent restaurants, taverns and bars, is 15min away, Ioulida, (capital of the island) is 30min away and the beautiful beach of Xyla is 3km away.
