Our house located at Fotimari, 15 minutes from the port (5.5km asphalt), within our 13000 m2 plot, overlooking green hills full of oak and olive trees, beautiful marked walking ancient trails and the fantastic view of Chora village (Ioulis). This characteristic Cycladic newly build stone house, tastefully decorated provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique stone cottage is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. Includes a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for two and fireplace, bathroom, small fully equipped kitchen and private veranda. Σε απόσταση αναπνοής μόλις 2 χλμ βρίσκεται το κοσμοπολίτικο Βουρκάρι στο οποίο μπορείτε να απολαύσετε το γεύμα ή το ποτό σας δίπλα στην θάλασσα. Το κέντρο του νησιού η παραδοσιακή Ιουλίδα βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 8 χλμ και είναι ιδανική για να θαυμάσετε το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Είναι ιδανικό για ένα ζευγάρι ή μια παρέα φίλων.

Cosy Studio 25 m2 with fully equipped kitchen in Vourkari. The studio is available only for non smokers(cigarettes,vaping,iqos etc). If you smoke in the property unfortunately we will have to end your stay. The studio has a king size bed.Aiconditioning,TV,WIFI and a very small balcony. The house is located at the centre of Vourkari, 2 km from Korisia port and close to all restaurants and bars. There is also a mini-market in the village. The beach of Gialiskari is only a 5 minute walk away.

The apartmnent is located in the central city of Lavrio with excellent view of its picturesque port. In a distance of 5 minutes on foot, there are plenty of supermarkets, bakeries, shops and traditional restaurants. The historical temple of Poseidon is also very close to the apartment by car, in a distance of 9 km. In the municipality of Lavrio there are lots of organized beaches. The distance from the international airport Eleftherios Venizelos is approximately 25 minutes by car.

My place is close to the Loutra Marina, just meters away from the beach and the hot springs. The local restaurants and bars are a couple of minutes walk. There are several other beaches only minutes driving. The are also several out-door activities nearby. You’ll love my place because for the convenient location (close to the beach and local shops), the modern design, relaxing atmosphere and our great hospitality. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.
