The flat is located in a converted detached garage. There are beautiful walks near by. Quayside is approx 10 minutes. The flat is self contained. Bathroom & kitchen has all necessities. Upstairs is a generous size with sofa, TV, table & double bed. Please note - the stairs in the property are steep & may not be suitable for some.

This quirky wooden stand alone space comprises a double bed and is ideal for two people but can sleep four at a push as there is a double sofa bed. Situate in the heart of Devon, the flat has a kitchenette, combined living and sleeping area and a separate toilet and shower. The flat is reached via stairs and is unsuitable for people with mobility issues. There is a smart TV, DVD and music system but no internet. This space is non smoking. Garden furniture, disposable BBQ, toys are available.

The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

With its own private entrance, parking and garden the cabin is situated over a brook with enclosed decking area and wood fired hot tub. Open plan studio accommodation comprises of a king sized bed, sitting area, shower room, kitchen with 2 burner hob, microwave, coffee machine and larder fridge (no freezer). Use of dressing gowns and hot tub towels are also included.

A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

Lovely light and spacious bungalow set in our beautiful gardens with a stream running through the middle of it. The Bungalow is carpeted throughout except for the kitchen and bathroom. Perfectly located for exploring Dartmoor, and the beaches along the south coast. Plenty of off-road parking. Great base for walking or cycling or just relaxing on the patio or strolling around our fields which have frontage to the River Teign. Several local country pubs nearby.

My place is a self-catering cottage, ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Also, great for walkers and cyclists and for visiting Exeter, the lovely Exe Estuary and the South Devon coast. A great village location with friendly pub 50 yards away, with easy access to the A38/A380. The cottage ideally suited to 2 or 3 people. Broadband provider is BT, with download speed test at 15.2, which should provide a reliable service.

PLEASE READ: the cabin is located in a shared space where others will be staying in campervans, touring caravans and tents. Max five pitches. A simple camping cabin. You will still need; bed sheets, duvet, pillows, or sleeping bag, towels etc. The cabin is heated via a toasty logburner. Inside is a gas hob, table, benches, sofa and a bed upstairs. Outside is a fire pit and large gas bbq. Shared hot shower.
