Σήμερα, η ενέργεια εκείνης της εποχής έχει δώσει τη θέση της στην απόλυτη γαλήνη της θάλασσας. Η απόσταση από το νερό είναι μόλις 5 μέτρα. Τόσο κοντά, που η αρμύρα αγγίζει τα παράθυρα και ο ήχος του κύματος γίνεται η φυσική μουσική του χώρου.
