Relaxing at a stylish and cozy place, watching gold sunsets, green hills and white-purple Caucasus are what we love about this place and hopefully you will feel great here too. - 2 minutes from groceries - 5 minutes from the central park - 10 minutes from Be-Healthy, restaurant-bar of Tskaltubo Plaza Hotel, bank. The appartement is on a 5th floor. No lift, great way to keep in shape! The building is from the soviet era and looks like a granny: wrinkled from outside, warm and lovely inside❤️
