The studio is everything you could imagine for the perfect down south getaway . The quaint studio cottage overlooks the Scott River flats, the Homestead and farm land. To the back of the cottage is the untouched bush leading all the way to the South Coast. Explore the river that runs through the property, say hello to our farm animals, pick some fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden, go wildflower hunting, bush walking, 4x4 driving or fishing. we are on the edge of the D'Entrecasteaux National Park and within an hour of many towns in the south west region.

Offshore Ridge is a modern studio situated in the real heart of Margaret River. With 5 minutes to town, 5 minutes to the beach and on the doorstep of Caves road, the main artery to local wineries, spectacular caves, forests, and the rest of all that the Margaret River region has to offer. The studio on top of the ridge, overlooks a valley that has a creek running through, and is home to many kangaroos. The space is private with a bedroom, en-suite and indoor and outdoor living areas.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

We are located between town & the beach, tucked away but still close to everything. Trees & wildlife are all around. We have 3 horses as well. The town centre of Margaret River is close. Cosy Cabin Hideaway

Cosy Cabin is west of town in a rural residential area with views over Yalgardup Valley, near to the river, waterfalls and forrest walks and cycling trails. Lots of Kangaroos, birds and other wildlife too, so no pets allowed. The property is just 4km to town and a bit more to the coast. With easy 11am check-out, this comfortable and very affordable cabin has all you need.
