Part of our brief to the architects was to design a part of the home where our guests could have complete privacy and feel spoilt . It has become a sanctuary for many people . Recently our local renowned Interior Designer has visited the apartment . The result is spectacular and calming . Quality furniture is enhanced by soft furnishings from Adairs. Professionally laundered bed linen adds to the sense of luxury.

Chambls Shack provides wanderers with a slow stay, overlooking the sandy beach at Verona Sands. Chambls is a genuine shack experience, complete with 1970’s kitchen, open fireplace and light shades. Plenty of wobbly bits and sloping floors, but we’re watertight, warm and a whole load of fun. Situated 1 hour from Hobart via Huon or Channel, Chambls welcomes travellers who want to truly relax and revisit the 70’s in luxe linens, open fire and a bottle of red. Overlooking the d’Entrecasteaux Channel, with views of Hartz Mountains National Park, and with direct access to the waters edge of Sheepwash Bay, the property offers guests an intimate, nature immersed escape, with comfort in mind. Lune owners Sarah and Olly acknowledge the Nununi people, Traditional Owners of the land on which the cabin stands, and pay respects to Elders past and present.

Our environment offers forest views to Storm Bay, D’Entrecasteaux Channel and North Bruny Island. A perfect place to chill out. We can offer you discounts for weekly or monthly bookings. In a national park like setting and situated centrally, it is the perfect base for exploring popular Bruny Island. With so much to do on the property, as well as wider afield, we recommend a 2-3 night stay if you can fit it into your schedule.
