The Chickadee

Welcome to the chickadee, a tiny place to call home while you’re in Dawson City! Located right in the historic downtown district, you’ll be walking steps from fantastic coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Also nearby are walking, biking, and hiking trails! The house is thoughtfully designed with one spacious main room with a sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom w/ double bed, and a bathroom w/ shower. It’s also equipped with a washing machine and drying rack.

Nestled in a valley, alongside the Klondike River, our cozy, renovated, rustic cabin is a great way to experience a local off-grid, lifestyle. Come visit our Canadian Inuit dogs, be amazed by the northern lights or midnight sun and explore our multiple trails skijoring, snowshoeing, walking, x-country skiing or cycling. There is a traditional Mongolian yurt on the property as well as a growing orchard and permaculture farm. The property is in a peaceful, quiet valley 15 minutes from town.

Cozy loft in West Dawson

Welcome to West Dawson where you can relax and enjoy nature after a busy day of exploring Dawson City. Located just up the hill on the other side of the Yukon river, you will get to enjoy a ride across river with the trusty George Black Ferry (running 24/7 free of charge). From the ferry landing it is just a two minute drive to reach the loft, or if you prefer, it can also be a nice walk.

The Confluence House

The Confluence House is located in the beautiful Dawson City, Yukon close to where the Klondike River and Yukon River meet. The house is walking distances from all of the attractions Dawson has to offer. This house features three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and a spacious living room with large windows. This is a family friendly property.

Gold Rush Cabin Suite

The Gold Rush Cabin was built in 1897 and restored in 2005. This historic log cabin is an exquisite suite with an elegant rustic interior decor. It features a queen-sized bed with comforter, full kitchen and dining area, full bathroom with antique cast iron claw foot tub and pedestal sink, TV, Wifi and a large private front deck with BBQ.

The Alley House

Located in residential downtown Dawson, this quiet space is just a couple of blocks from all main attractions, restaurants, pubs and shopping. On the ground floor is a bathroom with standing shower and a full kitchen and up the ladder is the living space and bedroom featuring a queen bed with cozy linens.
