E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

The Cowshed Cottage is a lovingly restored Milking parlour with one bedroom, a bathroom & large living area with fully equipped galley kitchen, wifi, sofa that converts to a large double bed, underfloor heating & air con. It retains some of its original features while having every modern convenience. It's little front garden is perfect for your morning coffee. Take it easy and have a getaway to a cosy 190-year-old cottage in the Irish countryside. The cottage is semi-detached and has its own private outdoor area. The cottage is located in the countryside village of Ballymacarbry which is situated at the foot of the Nire Valley and is perfect for hikers, with beautiful walking paths. Cyclists with the winding roads of the Sean Kelly circuit and walkers with the many woodland trails. The cottage is also a 10 minute drive from the Comeragh Mountains.

This home is a stone's throw from the Round Tower and cathedral site, the shops, the beach and is on the circuit of the famous Ardmore Cliff Walk and the Michelin star restaurant at the Cliff Hotel. This accommodation is 5 minute walk from Abbeyside beach and a 10 minute from Abbeyside cove. The Studio is 300 metres from an entrance to the Greenway.
