Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Consisting of the converted first floor of a historic farm building, The Granary is conveniently located close to Exmoor, Dartmoor and north and south coast beaches. The property has a double and twin bedrooms, bathroom (bath with shower), kitchen (oven, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge) and living room / dining area. Dairy cottage is one of two delightful holiday cottages on the Beaples Barton estate It has been recently refurbished with a clean modern feel. Downstairs there is a fully fitted kitchen and living/ dining room. Upstairs one double bedroom and twin room with two single beds, bathroom with a shower. There is ample parking outside of the cottage. Dairy cottage is set in 75 acres of rural Devon countryside surrounded by woodland. We have easy access to the North Devon Link road and M5.
