Tranquil Tūī Pond Cottage

Welcome to our little slice of rural paradise. Our accommodation is a quiet escape from the bustle of town, surrounded by open space, fresh air, and a calming rural atmosphere. We are 10 minutes drive from Whanganui's CBD and 60 minutes from Palmerston North Airport. The cottage is tucked in behind our triple garage and shares the driveway with our home but after that you are totally private and secluded. It has its own section, soon to be, securely fenced from our garden and the driveway.

It has double glazing, a mini fireplace, toilet with vanity in add-on bathroom off the deck, large porch area for dining and 2 outdoor baths for soaking in the views. Moomaa Stay

This beautiful renovated home features 4 bedrooms sleeping 9 people with an ensuite, family bathroom (with new bath), and an additional hut outside- sleeping a further 3 people. We have a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ for outdoor entertaining and fireplace inside for when it's colder. Fully renovated in 2020 Cook a delicious meal in the well equipped kitchen, then dine on your choice of decks to soak up the rural or sea views. Just a 7 minute walk to the popular Castlecliff beach for a swim or take a stroll along the black sandy beach, call into the Citadel for a meal or drink on the way home. Ohakune is an hours drive to enjoy the great walks or skiing. 4 square and laundromat close by

Cottage on Rapanui

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish cottage. It is set in quiet and peaceful surroundings in the country close to town. The views are stunning. You can lie in bed and enjoy the tranquility. On a clear day, you can see Mt Taranaki in the distance. It is only 4 minutes drive to Mowhanau Beach, 11 minutes to the centre of town, Springvale Park, Splash Centre, Jubilee Stadium and Virginia Lake. Note: The pool is presently closed over the winter months due to the cold weather.

South Street Lodge

There’s a large living/dining room with a kitchenette, a good-sized bathroom, one bedroom with queen bed and one with 2 single beds.
