Our house is residential located in a beautiful child friendly and quiet neighbourhood near the city center (around 3.0 km. to the city center). Close to our house (around 200 metres) is for instance a bakery, ice-cream store, playground, grocery store, a small and beautiful restaurant, Kaffi Laugarlækur. There are about 500 metres to the neighborhood´s swimming pool, and 1 kilometre to a big and beautiful Park, called Laugardalur, which has for example an Ice Skating rink and a small Zoo.

We welcome you to our spacious two story townhouse (250sqm/2700sqft) with a patio (facing south-east) and hot tub. We have wifi, free parking (up to 4 cars). It takes approx. 10 min-15 min to drive/take the bus to the city center. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. There is a playground, football & basketball courts outside our house and close to the ocean and nature. Grocery stores, a few restaurants and a swimming pool are in walking distance (1-3km).

My home is a bright 160 sq. meter family house on two floors with a nice private garden and free privet parking in front of the house. It is located right in the heart of Reykjavík 101, with in a few minutes walk to shops, cafés, restaurants, museums, swimming pool and bus station and the main pick up area for day tours is located by the side of Hallgrímskirkja which is at the top of the street. It is a prime location right in the very center but in a quiet street.
