Welcome to our private accommodation in one of the best locations in Kotor. Everything you see in the photos is exactly what you will find upon arrival. Our apartment is a simple and comfortable space for two guests, equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, kitchen facilities, and private bathroom. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an older building without an elevator, so guests should be prepared to use the stairs. Please note that this is a private accommodation, not a luxury hotel. The apartment is simple and functional, and the price reflects that, offering great value for this location. The bathroom does not have a separate sink; the shower area is used for washing hands as well. This is shown in the photos, so guests know exactly what to expect before booking. The apartment is located in a quiet area, close to the center and away from traffic noise. From the shared rooftop terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of Kotor Bay, perfect for morning coffee, sunset, or relaxing evenings. Mareta loft

Mareta loft is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, air conditioner , full equipment kitchen, coffee machine microwave and fridge.

Very luxurious loft with beautiful balcony overlooking the bay. Old town is 900 meters away, on the way to it there is a promenade along the sea with several restaurants and bars. In the immediate vicinity there are supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, laundry, bus stop, children's playground. The Kotor sandy beach is 400m away and the bus station is 1.5km away. Tourist city tax are not included in price and will be charge when guests arrive, it’s cost 1€ per person per day!

Simply furnished but with everything you could need for a short or a longer stay. You can make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place with a sea view and far from city center summer crowd.
