Your tranquil location is surprisingly accessible at only a 20 minute drive from the port and town center, 15 minutes from the airport and only a few minutes from some of the finest beaches on the island. Each morning you will wake up to the sounds of birds and open your eyes to the breath taking views of the sea and sky.

Yara Residence is a newly-built complex of 4 independent homes, located in the village of Kampos, next to the airport.​ Villa Yara is part of the complex - made with love and ready to receive a group of friends or a family of up to 7 people. The villa features a private pool, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and dining area.​ Guests can enjoy a terrace and a balcony with sitting areas, as well as a shared garden with BBQ. Free parking is available on site.

Modern apartment with sea view

Our lovely summer-apartment is situated in chora a few hundred meters from the city beach, restaurants and cafés. It´s carefully furnished with design classics and has an amazing terrace facing the sea, along with two balconies. The kitchen is more than fully equipped with assorted home appliances and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. We live in Stockholm and visit Koufonisi during July every year, the rest of the summer we welcome others to enjoy our fantastic place.

The property is at the quiet side of the main village (Louros area): 450m (4 mins walk) to the central beach of the settlement (Ammos beach), 300m (3 mins) to the nearest taverna, pharmacy, super market, medical centre, 400m to the travel agent's and ATM and 800m (10 mins) to the port. All amenities within 5-10mins walking distance.

The home is surrounded by beautiful garden it has private veranda and offers excellent view of the sea.It includes two floors. The first floor contains a small kitchen and a living room. The living room has two sofa beds and a bathroom. Upstairs there is one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. In both of the floors there are big verandas with sea view. The whole home measures 60 square meters.

Amathos

Amathos is an apartment in the heart Naxos town. It is super central, inside the old castle and just two minutes from the port of Naxos. It is suitable for up to two people. It is located in the first floor, inside the white alleys of Naxos town. It has a queen double bed, a bathroom and a balcony outside. We can't wait to meet you and show you the greek hospitality!
