Literally ten steps from the endless blue of the Aegean sea is this luxurious beachfront house for a relaxing vacation at Velanidia Koumeikon Marathokampou of Samos Island. The location is ideal if you enjoy privacy and exclusivity as well as if you enjoy busier environments in nearby Ormos, Kampos and Balos all within five to ten minutes driving. The house was recently renovated (2023) and is fully furnished. There are 2 bedrooms, a comfortable kitchen and a living room. Ideal for four persons.

A unique breathtaking seaview house

It was built in 1880 with stone and wood, and it is located at the highest point of the traditional village of koumeika and was renovated in 2010. It has a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea and of the village from its two balconies and small garden, which is full of flowers. The space is warm, welcoming and quiet with an incrediblel view. The house has a wonderful garden/patio with flowers and deciduous trees and is located 6 minutes away from the kaladakia and balos beach with car.

The house is located very centraly in Neo Karlovasi, a couple of minutes walk from the central square. It is in a very nice, picturesque, colourful and traditional neighborhood of the town. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house
