Έχει επίσης μια κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα μπάνιο. Η θέα από τα μπαλκόνια είναι καταπληκτική στο κάστρο του Μυστρα και στην Σπάρτη. Κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχουν μαγαζιά για καφέ και φαγητό.

Το σπίτι είναι 135τμ και αποτελείται από:4 υπνοδωμάτια,σαλόνι κουζίνα ενιαίος χώρος με τζάκι,2 μπάνια και 2 μπαλκόνια.Είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα σκεύη για να ετοιμάσετε ένα πλήρες γεύμα(κουζίνα -ψυγείο-βραστήρας-τοστιέρα).Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 8 άτομα.Σε δωμάτιο δίκλινο με μπάνιο και ψυγείο υπάρχει η δυνατότητα αυτονομίας από το υπόλοιπο σπίτι. Στο ισόγειο λειτουργεί η παραδοσιακή μας ταβέρνα «Παραλία”και σας περιμένει να δοκιμάσετε τα παραδοσιακά φαγητά της Λακωνικής γης.

Ο ξενώνας βρίσκεται σε μία ήσυχη γειτονιά με ευχάριστο κλίμα, κατάφυτη από ελαιώνες σε μικρά λοφάκια, στην περιοχή Μαυροβουνίου, 3 χλμ κοντά στο γραφικό Γύθειο. Η πλησιέστερη παραλία είναι η αμμουδιά του Μαυροβουνίου που βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 1,5 χλμ από τον ξενώνα, όπου σε κάποια σημεία είναι οργανωμένη με ομπρέλες, καταστήματα εστίασης ενώ σε πολλά άλλα όχι τόσο πολυσύχναστα προσφέρεται για ηρεμία και απομόνωση. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The building was reconstructed in 2019 and it is located on the underside of the road that connects the Bridge with the gates of the Castle, near Kourkoula, a natural pool.
