The sea is at a few meters distance from the house, and in 2 minutes you can reach the sea-side street, where you can enjoy the sunset view.

The total living space is 105 m2, it can accommodate comfortably up to 4 guests and is ideal for large groups or families. Surrounded by terrace, at an elevated position which offers sea view, walking distance from the beach and the center of Paroikia. Following the Cycladic tradition, the house has been painted white. Inside however, has decorated in minimal design.

The Naxian View Luxury Suite with Outdoor Jacuzzi is located in Agios Polikarpos, Naxos, with incredible panoramic view of Aegean Sea and the temple of Apollo. We are located 1,5km away from old town (about 20 minutes on foot), 1,8km from the port (about 25 minutes on foot) and 5 minutes away from Naxos town by car.

It’s just one second away from the beach and just 5-7 minute drive away from the port. So close to Parikia but at the same time so far away. A peaceful place with great views and a plunge pool(2,5cm x 3,00cm).
