Our cozy and trendy self-catering loft guest suite is conveniently nestled in the heart of Boston, a mere stone’s throw from Tygervalley shopping mall and a host of upmarket restaurants and entertainment. It is about 2 km from Louis Leipoldt Mediclinic, Melomed and close to Tygerberg Hospital. Guests will also have easy access to the N1 and it’s 25 minutes’ drive to Cape Town International Airport, Waterfront and beautiful wine farms – a perfect base for a business or leisure trip to this area.

Place to stay in Brackenfell. My place is within a 2km radius of Cape Gate Mediclinic, Cape Gate Shopping Mall, Makro. It is also within close to the N1 highway and plus minus 20km from Cape Town International Airport. It is also close to Simonsvlei and Durbanville and Stellenbosch Winelands. Cape Town beaches are within easy reach (34 - 40)km. There are plenty of eating places around as well as some who will deliver. My place very secure and we stay in a quiet neighbourhood.

In the heart of Eversdale, close to Tygervalley in Bellville, Cape Town lies our beautiful bachelor flat. From here, it’s an easy drive to Blouberg Strand, Melkbosstrand, Cape Town CBD and all the luxurious wine farms around Durbanville, Stellenbosch and Paarl. The flat has bedroom, a kitchenette, bathroom and a private outside relaxing area. Other amenities which can be used upon request by the owner are a bonfire area in the central garden and a swimming pool.

This apartment is attached to our home in Pinelands, Cape Town but features a private entrance (with remote gate control), your own kitchen and a spacious bathroom (toilet/shower). It is in a quiet street and 3min drive from Howard Centre Mall, and conveniently a about 15min drive from Cape Town City Centre and 15min from the airport. It features a spacious bedroom with a double bed, cupboards (hangers provided), TV/WiFi/Netflix, panel heater and microwave/fridge.
