Ha un'accogliente zona soggiorno con cucina separata, una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno, una camera con letti singoli ed un altro grande bagno. E' circondata da un ampio giardino, la veranda coperta si affaccia sulla grande piscina privata. E' a 7 km dalla costa e vicino a località rinomate come Capo Comino o Berchida. E' ben collegata con la ss 131. E' l'ideale per chi vuole esplorare l'isola e tornare a casa in un ambiente rilassante, autentico e fuori dal caos del turismo di massa.
