Antiguamente era conjunto de un molino de agua , por debajo pasaba el río, ahora está reformada con todas las comodidades (o casi todas!) como cualquier casa. La capacidad máxima es de 4 personas, con 1 baño completo. Cuenta con chimenea en la zona de salón, y cocina-comedor.
