Private entrance out back, winter access thru the garage. Laundry facilities in the garage. Driveway parking. Well behaved dogs are welcome - see rules. Fenced backyard with fire pit. We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

Welcome to the Carriage House Suites located on the edge of beautiful Blyth Ontario. The suites are next to the historical former Grand Trunk Railway Station that is converted into a home. There is so much to do in Blyth and surrounding area, from dining, live theatre, a craft brewery, to shopping, and beautiful trails. Light Filled Basement Suite on Lake Huron

Our little stone house is located about a 5 min walk to the bluffs of Lake Huron. From there it is a few minutes down the trail to the beautiful Goderich beaches where you can view one of the famous Goderich sunsets or spend a day relaxing on the beach. We are about a 2 min drive or max 10 min walk to the centre of town which Goderich calls 'The Square'. Goderich is known as the prettiest town in Canada and we couldn't agree more!
