The house has an area of ​​50m2, and the closed terrace is 43m2, which gives you a sense of peace in all seasons. The closed terrace is especially interesting because it allows children to stay in all weather conditions with a children's corner with a multitude of toys. Also for couples who want to be isolated from the city crowd on the property surrounded by vineyards and the song of various birds.
