Welcome to Quercus Residence, a spacious 58-square-meter one-bedroom apartment in the serene village of Tudorovići, offering stunning views of Sveti Stefan and the Budva Riviera. Enjoy the panoramic Adriatic Sea views from your private terrace, making this apartment an ideal escape for couples or small families. We have 4 apartments of the same kind in our villa. The bedroom features a king-size bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed for extra guests. This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.
