Our living room features a massive lounge-worthy sectional with a smart TV, soft blankets, and plenty of pillows. We also offer free use of the washer and dryer. While you will have full access everything listed here, part of the 1st floor (full blocked off with private separate entrance) is another Airbnb unit. You may run into other guests due to a shared outdoor gated entry but each unit has a separate private and secure entrance into the Airbnbs. The kitchen and dining area are right above the 1st floor Airbnb, so we appreciate not walking with your shoes (if loud) upstairs. Within 5 to 10 minutes are the Medical Center, NRG, and Downtown Houston! Less than 15 minutes away are the BBVA Compass Stadium, Minute Maid Park, Rice University, University of Houston, Texas Southern University, the Houston Zoo, Museum District and many many wonderfully diverse culinary options from food trucks to breweries to steakhouses! Approximately 15 seconds to highway 288 which gets you downtown in around 8 minutes. Stay here and you don't have to fight street traffic on top of freeway/highway traffic! Street parking in front of the house along the grass is plentiful! Most of the owners park here since our garages tend to be for storage :) No Pets Allowed (We are very allergic!). We also appreciate you leaving your shoes in the foyer since we have soft pine wood flooring upstairs. You will have access to the townhouse through our gated side yard. There is a small 2nd story patio that you will have all to your self as well. Great spot for winding down after a long day with some of Houston's finest craft beers. The side yard and patio are both wonderfully lit for both safety and atmosphere. Please do not walk to back of house on 1st floor as this is a separate Airbnb unit. Part of the first floor is also an Airbnb unit so please reach out to us using the Airbnb app's messaging system. We recently moved closer to downtown so we're still just minutes away and can help with issues you may be having. We do clean our own units so don't be surprised to run into us as we're cleaning the other Airbnb :) This unique metal-clad townhouse complex sits right in the heart of an urban neighborhood in inner-loop Houston. Less than a 5-minute drive from downtown, diverse culinary options are on the doorstep, from food trucks to breweries and steakhouses. Minutes from the new HEB and other amenities. Hobby Airport is 15-30 Minutes away depending on traffic. George Bush Airport is 30-40 minutes away depending on traffic. Local bus station is a 6 minute walk away. You can bike to the closest rail line station. This is Texas though so driving (including Uber) is usually the easiest way to get around. We will send more detailed access instructions (tips, really) the day of or the day prior to your arrival, so please keep an eye out for that. Access to the unit is completely host-free, so you can check in at any time after 3pm and come and go as you please, no matter the time! Please make sure to make the reservation for the actual number of guests that will be in the listing. Any unauthorized guests (whether they spend the night or not) will be subject to a $20 per night fee.

The guesthouse overlooks a spacious yard that is shared with the owners and their dogs. This guesthouse is bright and airy with vaulted 12 foot ceilings in the living room and kitchen. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, beautiful quartz counter-tops and all the basic necessities (including a blender, toaster, coffee maker, etc.). We always provide complimentary coffee to help get our guests day started off properly. The living room features comfortable and modern furniture, including a sofa bed and a 40" television with Xfinity X1 cable provided (with voice command). The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with crisp, lush bedding. You will also find a desk that's perfect for doing a little work (if you have to) on your laptop. The alarm clock has a Bluetooth setting if you want to listen to your own music while reading in bed. In the closet you'll find a full size washer and dryer, wooden hangers for your clothes and an iron and ironing board to keep your outfits looking neatly pressed. The bathroom features natural light which highlights the beautiful accent tile in the shower surround. There is a full-sized bathtub in case you want to take a soak. The entire guesthouse has its own WiFi along with hardwired internet connections. We take our commitment to our guests seriously and want to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay wonderful. Guests will have full access to the apartment. Guests can also enjoy accessing the backyard, featuring a seating area with a fire-pit and access to a propane powered BBQ grill. Check-in couldn't be easier. The apartment has a key pad for entry and guests will be provided with an access code prior to arrival. Some tips for using various appliances and features are located on laminated cards around the apartment (so you can sync your device to Bluetooth audio, log into WiFi, etc.) A simple house manual will be located on the kitchen counter along with some highlights about the area the guesthouse is located in. The guesthouse is located at the rear of a property in Houston Heights. Walk only a few blocks to reach the hike and bike trail. Shop on the famous 19th street nearby, and visit a wealth of local antique shops, art galleries, and restaurants. Our property is located right on a major bus line that makes for a 15 minute trip into downtown Houston where you can access theaters, restaurants and the city's light-rail line that can take you straight to Midtown (where you will find a variety of bars and restaurants) and the Museum District. Street parking is available for those with their own car and the city features ride-sharing services like Lyft and Uber. No smoking in the unit, no pets under any circumstances, no drugs or illegal activities.

Central East Austin is a diverse and dynamic neighborhood that is just a few minutes from downtown and yet still quiet. In addition to offering of some of Austin's best restaurants and music venues, it also has important history to explore. In the last century, highway 35 was a tool of segregation, with east (of 35) Austin providing a rich community for African Americans. See how this history lives on through a plethora of old and new businesses is this burgeoning neighborhood! There is a parking spot that you are welcome to use directly in front of the house and there is also plenty of street parking with no permitting or street cleaning concerns. The closest B-Cycle station is a 15 minute walk away at Victory Grill on 11th St. Many of the 6th St restaurants and bars are a 10 minute walk as well. If you would prefer not to walk, there are a selection of ride share services such as RideAustin (our favorite), Lyft, or Uber. The street has two names, Hamilton Ave and Richard Overton Ave. Depending on your map source you may see either one pop up. Richard Overton is the oldest living American and American World War II veteran at 112 years of age. He lives down the block where be bought a house after the war ended.

Perfect place for those who love green areas, museums, elegant residences, sophisticated decoration. The neighborhood is plenty of embassies, iconic monuments, and museums, and it is close to the heart of Recoleta. Public transportation (trains and buses) are available at walking distance. Ezeiza airport (international) is one hour in average from the apartment by taxi, and J. Newbery airport (national) is 20 minutes by taxi. It's important to mention that the building do not have elevators, so you will have to step two floors by staircase. The housekeeper will be in charge of the check-in and check-out and she will be available for helping the guests in whatever they need. Additionally, she will be able to make extra cleaning services (full cleaning to the apartment, washing dishes, refresh of sheets and towels, etc.) subject to previous guests request to the host (Guillermo) by AirBnb app. The extra cost is US$40 per day. This area of Recoleta is on the edge of an upmarket area called "La Isla". The apartment is half a block from the National Library and in front of the Book and Language Museum. There are also some great neighbourhood restaurants not far away. Av Las Heras is an artery with a great variety of buses that can take you to any part of the city safely and at low cost (on the desk of the bedroom you will find SUBE cards, which you can charge money in a kiosk located in Tagle between Pagano and Libertador - Please leave them in the same place when retiring) Also the apartment is located to three blocks from the underground Las Heras station (Line H) that connects with all the network of "subtes" of Buenos Aires. For taxi use, I recommend using the Uber or Cabify applications. Mr. Arnaldo Duarte is the doorman of the building, he counts with my all trust and he will be able to collaborate with the guests needs as well. The apartment is equipped with a safe-box in the closet of the bedroom, instructions to use it will be provided by the host (Guillermo) directly by email, wapp, or txts (reserved information) after the guest request.

Stylishly furnished - the living room sports a 52 inch t.v. + Amazon Fire Stick - the bedroom has a Tempurpedic king size mattress - the fully equipped kitchen has a residential size fridge and stove with seating for four. The private courtyard is located right off of the kitchen with a Weber charcoal grill and seating for four as well. Central heat and air, dishwasher, wifi, Keurig coffee maker, iron/ironing board and blow dryer. This apartment, as well as the courtyard, is private. You have your own gated entrance. It is not a shared space. We live on the property so if there is something you need, we can quickly respond and assist you. Great restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, groceries, and a gym are all within less than a mile in our walkable neighborhood...you'll come to understand why we feel like we live in a small town within our large and diverse city! Feel free to use our outdoor patio space and gas grill (please request permission in advance to ensure space will be available) We will leave you to enjoy your stay but are always available if you need some directions or recommendations. Tree-lined avenues and historic homes give the area a small town feel. Described as a destination for foodies, architecture buffs, and creative types, there is a glut of great restaurants nearby, and easy access to Downtown and the Energy Corridor. Located within 5 minutes of I-610, I-10, & I-45, you can get most places via car in urban Houston within 20 minutes. Use uber or park your vehicle in front of our home (off-street parking available). There is a great hike and bike trail 1 block from our home and the neighborhood is very walkable.

This peaceful home is part of Holistika, a yoga and wellness center. Minimalist decor with natural wood and cool stone accents add to the sense of calm. Doze in the garden hammock beneath twinkling fairy lights and float in the villa's private pool. Located in the new residential development called “Holistika" (wellness center and yoga center). Just side to the center of Tulum, in a unique park. This new neighborhood offers nature and wellness. The Villa is composed of three bedrooms, two of them have a king size bed with a full bathroom (one with bathtub) and the other has two queen beds with a shower room separated. We have a TV room with a sofa that can be used as a bed. Fully-equipped (TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen, oven, freezer, coffee machine, fans, air-conditioning in each room, washer/dryer) with a beautiful “palapa”, garden an a private swimming pool. The resort offers many holistic treatments and fun activities onsite. Restaurants, craft boutiques, and a bakery are within walking distance. Stunning local beaches, remarkable archeological sites, and downtown Tulum are a short drive or cycle away. It's really easy and safety to use transports in Tulum. Walking, biking, taxi service or car rental service. A new bicycle pathway allows you to bike to the beach easily!

Discover the City from this small and cozy oasis. A space full of light and with details that will make you feel in Mexico. The place is very quiet and the apartment lovingly decorated. As a host we can support you with whatever you need, do not hesitate to ask and if it is in our hands we will gladly do so. High ceilings, wooden beams and traditional pasta floors. It is superbly located just one block away from Armenia Square, the heart of Palermo Soho neighborhood, and four blocks from Serrano Square, in an area of the city surrounded by several fine restaurant and coffee-shops. The apartment is equipped with Internet (WiFi), Cable TV, air conditioning, fridge with freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishes, kitchenware, linens and towels.
