A typical French stone house of the area with open plan kitchen, living space with French doors to a beautiful pool (8x4), and enclosed gardens. The house itself has a downstairs master bedroom with luxurious Ensuite. Two further bedrooms, one double and a twin upstairs sharing a second bathroom. Our stone house also benefits from an attached studio for additional family members including double bed, washer, dryer, sink and an extra bathroom, perfect for access when sunbathing near the pool !

L'olivette est une maisonette de 52m2 individuelle , de plain pied dotée d'une terrasse de 40m2 et d'un jardin de 300m2 typique méditerranéen avec une vue grandiose sur les collines de Roquebrun. Elle est idéalement située, au calme , à une minute à pied de la plage et à 2min du centre du village. Deux places de parking privées sont à disposition devant la maison . Une belle véranda, une cuisine tout équipée, un salon cosy et deux chambres confortables vous offriront une détente totale.

Chalet de 42m² pour 1 à 5 personnes

Je vous propose ce magnifique chalet neuf de 42m², avec 18m² de terrasse et un petit espace vert. Agréable séjour cuisine, clim réversible, 1 chambre, 1 WC, 1 salle de bain Couchage de 2 à 5 personnes (1 lit double, 1 clic-clac et 1 lit d’appoint d’une personne) + lit bébé, pot et baignoire bébé. Le linge de lit et de bain est fourni. Situé dans le biterrois, a 35km des plages, 20km d’une cure thermale, 5km d’un supermarché et petits commerces au village. Nous n’acceptons pas les animaux.
