The Lavey baths are 18 minutes away by car, and Aquaparc is 15 minutes away.

I usually live here but will be away: you will have full privacy. One bedroom stays closed for groups under 6 people. unless needed. If you needs more comfort in separate rooms (e.g. 2 guests in 2 beds, or 3 in 3), I’ll open it for CHF 40/night. All are welcome, wherever you’re from, whatever you believe, whoever you love.

The apartment is located in a privileged area, and close to everything: Lausanne train station (1km), Bellerive beach (1km), Migros store (100m), Milan park and its botanical garden (100m). The apartment has a double bed, and a convertible sofa bed allowing sleeping 2 people separately. A private parking space ( max 4m long ) is available.

Cozy apartment w/ terrace in center

My flat has big terrace where you can enjoy "apéros" with friends. You will also find a king size bed very comfy. The bathroom has a washer and a dryer witch is very convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee nespresso and teas! Welcome :)
