We are located on Dog Lake part of the Rideau Canal, Kingston. Sleeps 4 comfortably could sleep 6, 2 bdrms queen beds + dbl futon. Dedicated 2 paddleboards, 2 kayaks w/life jackets, games. Kitchen has full fridge n stove & outdoor BBQ. Kitchen is fully stocked. Indoor bathroom w/shower & outdoor shower. Feet from the water. Recently added portable a/c unit & we upgraded the outdoor fire pit. The break wall is currently out of commission. You can still, enjoy the view just not stand on it.

Kitchen has microwave, 2 burner stove top, air fryer. Surrounded by 600 acres of bush and fields with 100s of lakes easily within reach. Enjoy a wonderful bonfire at night. [loft staircase may not be suitable for young children & physically compromised people.]
