Nieuw gebouwd vakantiehuis (2012) in Midden Nederland, nabij Utrecht en Amsterdam met 6 x 2 pers. slaapkamers + 6 x badkamer. Centrale ligging, midden in Nederland, dicht bij de A2/A12. Gratis parkeren en gratis Wifi in het gehele huis. Bushalte voor de deur. LET OP: wij hanteren een minimale leeftijd van onze gasten van 21 jaar tenzij zij onderdeel uitmaken van een gezin.

Geniet van onze gezellige familiebungalow van 35m2 met zeer ruime “afgezette” tuin gelegen aan de rand van het bos en de duinen met de zee op 900 m afstand. Uitermate geschikt voor gezinnen (met kinderen), stellen en max. 2 honden. Wilt u even weg van alle drukte dan kunt u hier heerlijk ontspannen en genieten. Boulevard, restaurants en winkels vindt u op ongeveer 4 km afstand van de Bungalow. De Bungalow staat op een rustig familiepark, dus niet geschikt voor feesten en jongerengroepen.

Klein Bonaire Noordwijk is een gezellige bungalow (50m2). De bungalow heeft 2 slaapkamers, een woonkamer, een badkamer en een keuken. Rondom de bungalow is er een grote, zonnige, tuin (200m2) met natuurlijke omheining. Er is een groot terras met een mooie overdekte pergola en in 2024 een nieuw groot klimtoestel gebouwd voor de kinderen! Het strand is 20 minuten wandelen. Het centrum van Noordwijk is op 3 km. Er is een gratis eigen parkeerplaats. Honden zijn toegestaan, maximaal 2.

The house has two floors, downstairs the living room with a modern kitchen with terrace and an upstairs with the bedroom with a freestanding bath. The spectacular view of the water immidiatly transforms the mind after a visit in Amsterdam. From this quiet area it is only 10 minutes by public transport to the Central Station in Amsterdam.

Enjoy the best of both worlds - experience living in a quiet peaceful chalet by the canal and the energetic vibe of Amsterdam (28km or 17miles away) Depending on mood & weather, you can enjoy lakeside activities one day and city tours or Amsterdam nightlife the next. The chalet is located inside a vacation park (Proosdij) 900m or 10-15 min walk from the main entrance. Direct access to it is only by boat or bike. Huisje rechtstreeks aan de maas gelegen met schoon zwem en viswater. Vele uitstapjes mogelijk: Heusden, Den Bosch, Loevestein en de Efteling. Prachtige fietsroutes te ontdekken over de Maasdijk. Het huisje beschikt over een prachtige, ruime overdekte veranda met groot zitgedeelte. In huis keuken met vaatwasmachine, Amerikaanse koelkast, eethoek, bankstel, 2 aparte slaapkamers een met twee bedden en andere slaapkamer heeft een stapelbed, badkamer met inloopdouche en aparte toilet.

Bij zee en strand en mooie steden.

Ons vakantiehuisje ligt op 2 km van het strand en duinen. De eerste bollenvelden vind je direct bij het park (seizoen april-begin mei afhankelijk van het weer). De Keukenhof is op 5 km. Op 100 meter ligt het Oosterduinse Meer waar je heerlijk kunt relaxen en eten bij een van de leuke restaurants. Het ligt op recreatiepark Sollasi met zowel vakantie- als vaste bewoners. Plaatsen als Amsterdam, Haarlem, Delft, Den Haag en Leiden zijn binnen 15-30 minuten met de auto te bereiken.

Because the bungalow is located on the Sollasi recreation park, there are plenty of facilities available (playgrounds, bicycle rental, etc.). A holiday for walking, cycling, city trips, golf, tennis, swimming, shopping, good food or just relaxing, everything is possible!

Es steht auf einem größeren Bungalowpark im hinteren, sehr ruhigen Teil und verfügt u.a. über eine moderne Küche, drei Schlafzimmer, Fußbodenheizung im Erdgeschoss und einen eingezäunten Garten. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Energiekosten sind inklusive. Beim Einchecken muss bitte eine Touristengebühr von 2,50€/Gast/Nacht entrichtet werden.
