Die Gartenwohnung ist Teil der Villa Metropolis und liegt oberhalb der Kirche Panagia. Über den eigenen Parkplatz gelangt man zum Eingang dieser Wohnung, welches über ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, Essbereich, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem en-suite Badezimmer verfügt. Durch den Garten, ein Stockwerk tiefer, befindet sich das zweite Schlafzimmer (Kamara) mit Teeküche und Badezimmer, welches einen separaten Eingang hat.

Au niveau 2, 2 chambres, un espace bureau et une salle de bain. Attention, peut ne pas convenir à des personnes âgées ou à des enfants de moins de 6 ans car nombreuses marches sur 3 niveaux
