Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Die vorhandene Gasfeuerstelle ladet förmlich zu einem gemütlichen Abend auf der Terrasse ein. Für die Kinder oder auch Erwachsene steht bei schlechtem Wetter eine Nintendo WiiU parat.

Apartment is perfect for 2-4 persons and it is possible to arrange it for 5 persons. Air condition, free parking space and wi-fi included.

this brand new villa is located in a unique location next to the beach. The villa has a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset will leave you breathless. The house consists of four bedrooms , living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms two guest toilets a roof terrace and a yard. two bedrooms have their own bathroom. all bedrooms have air conditioning and TV. The pool is heated and has a shallow part for children. There is a Jacuzzi on the terrace.
